Zap Mart proudly offers shipping services across Pakistan. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Zap Mart also offers same-day dispatch on selected orders.

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to a restocking fee. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

4. LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Zap Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report the matter to your local courier or authorities and contact us so we can assist.

5. RETURN REQUEST PERIOD

Zap Mart allows you to return item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that item(s) should be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with original packaging intact.

6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, Zap Mart will wait for all items to be available before dispatching your complete order. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

All orders within Pakistan are processed in PKR. If you are placing an international order, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes charged by your destination country upon arrival.
